Ways we can work together

We provide expert physiotherapy services tailored to where you’re at and where you want to be. Available in-person and online, with programs for pain management, improved mobility, injury recovery and creating practical strategies for daily activities.

Our signature exercise habit program is designed to support you in creating new, sustainable exercise habits.  You’ll find ways to move that work for your body, while getting a better understanding of your motivations and what might be standing in your way.

Build strength and mobility with our inclusive small group online sessions. With sessions tailored for all abilities, including those who prefer to remain seated or in bed, and expert physio guidance, you’ll be supported and welcomed as you discover new ways to move with confidence.

Accredited lymphoedema care from a therapist who also works within a major public hospital lymphoedema service. You’ll receive thorough assessment, compression guidance and manual lymphatic drainage, with a personalised plan to manage swelling and move through recovery with clarity and confidence.

Thorough assessment and evidence-based, weight-neutral care for lipoedema, whether you already have a diagnosis or are still working out if it fits what you’re experiencing. You’ll be supported to understand your symptoms and build a plan for lasting comfort and confidence.

Support through every stage of cancer treatment and recovery, managing swelling, lymphoedema risk, scar tissue and pain along the way. With a compassionate, weight-neutral approach, you’ll be guided to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence at your own pace throughout recovery.

FAQ

Your comfort is our top priority. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing-like activewear or soft shorts-that allows you to move easily.

Depending on what we are assessing, we may need to look at or feel the underlying tissue, but you are always in complete control. We will always explain what we are doing, ask for your consent first, and use towels or sheets to ensure you feel modest, safe, and fully covered.

Please don’t worry-you are in safe hands, and you don’t need to be pain-free to see us. In fact, assessing you during a flare-up gives us valuable insights into what your body is going through.

We always adapt our session to how you feel on the day. If you are sore or overwhelmed, we can keep treatment very gentle, focus on soothing manual therapy, or simply take time to talk through what you’re experiencing.

Yes, absolutely! You are always welcome to bring a support person with you.

Having someone you trust in the room can help you feel more relaxed. We aim for our clinic to be a warm, judgment-free space, and we are happy to include your support person in your care as much or as little as you like.

Treatment should never feel scary or painful. While some techniques or stretches might feel deep, we work strictly within your comfort limits.

You are the expert on your own body, and you can tell us to pause, adjust, or stop at any point. We check in with you regularly throughout every session to ensure you feel heard, comfortable, and in control.
