Movement, Your Way combines expert physiotherapy guidance with compassionate support to help you create movement habits that truly work for you.
Movement, Your Way is a complete exercise support program for people in larger bodies
Working one-on-one with a physiotherapist who understands larger bodies, you’ll build confidence, strength, and sustainable habits at your own pace across a tailored 6-week program.
Over six weeks, you’ll work to:
- Understand your motivation and set meaningful goals
- Identify and overcome barriers
- Build sustainable routines
- Develop self-compassion in movement
- Create your supportive environment
- Celebrate progress and plan ahead
The Movement, Your Way program includes:
- Initial extended consultation (in-person or online)
- 5 weekly follow-up consultations online
- Direct access to your physiotherapist via chat during business hours
- Comprehensive workbook and resources
- Personalised movement plan
What makes this program different is our focus on building sustainable habits, not quick fixes. We help you make a plan that works for you then help you be accountable by being available to share the ups, downs and necessary changes to your plan on an (almost) daily basis (*within business hours). The modules and movement plan will be adapted to where you’re at. We consider your energy levels, movement goals, your lifestyle, learning and behaviour patterns to find ways that work for you.
