Small Group Online Physio Exercise Program

Mondays 12pm AEST  Wednesdays 7:15pm AEST

Looking for accountability and expert guidance to support you? Building consistent movement habits can take time, and it’s not always easy to do it alone. Our small group sessions provide expert guidance and accountability, while giving you the support you need to follow your own movement goals.

With just five participants per class, you’ll receive individual attention in a judgment-free space where everybody (and capability) is welcomed and celebrated.

We offer 6-week packs, which we recommend to help you build consistency, stay motivated, and connect with your group members. Casual passes are also available where space allows.

These 45-minute sessions are held each week online. You’ll get a tailored exercise program structured around your personal goals, with a focus on strength and mobility.  We welcome people of all abilities including those who choose to exercise from a chair or bed.

Before joining a small group class you MUST complete an initial assessment to ensure your experience is tailored to your needs (Current clients may be exempt – please contact us if you’re unsure).  During this assessment we’ll discuss your goals and create an individualised program.

Private Health Insurance Rebate If eligible, you can claim a rebate on private health insurance under private health fund code 560.

Navigating Medical Weight Loss

Explore the science behind obesity and understand your medical weight loss options.

We make no judgement on your goals which may be around weight management or to gain better function at your current body size.

Our 60-minute telehealth educational sessions provide clear, evidence-based guidance on navigating medical weight loss, tailored to your specific circumstances and goals.

We’ll provide easy-to-understand information, share the different evidence-supported weight loss options and develop an action plan that includes recommendations for weight loss providers.

Ergonomic Workspace Setup

Enhancing Workplace Comfort and Productivity.

Our ergonomic assessments are designed to optimise workstation setup, reduce injury risks, and boost comfort and productivity.

We tailor our recommendations to address any reported injuries or symptoms, ensuring a personalised approach.

We also provide education, exercise advice, and support with adaptive equipment, delivered via telehealth, home visits, or in-clinic sessions for hands-on treatment.

Note: We recommended this session to occur via Telehealth or Home Visit so we can see your desk setup and help you make real time adjustments. In clinic consultation is valuable for those wanting hands on treatment or the clinic environment.
